Synopsis:

A bomb-sniffing beagle is fired from the mayor's office for a faux pas. That night a mad scientist dognaps him and injects him with an elixir. The dog escapes, but now has superpowers. He's adopted by a security guard - an ex-cop, who's a widower with a moody teen son, Jack. The boy discovers that the dog, named Shoeshine by dad, has super powers, but it's their little secret. While Underdog saves people in distress, the mad scientist and his underling continue their plot to catch him and take over the city. There's also a girl Jack likes who has a dog that Shoeshine takes a shine to. Will every dog have his day?

Mikayla's Rating: A : "Underdog has silly parts.  Its has a part (blooper) where he says, 'there's no need to fear, underwear is here' and a door falls off a police car. Underdog isn't just a beagle, he's a superhero! I like the song about underdog. It had scary parts, but I wasn't afraid of them you know! Someday I want Scott and Jen to come over to my house and bring the underdog movie, and watch it with me! I don't dream about them doing this, I just want them to do this-okay?

Sebastian's Rating: A : yeah, even though this movie is a bit to childish for me, i still think it was great, it didn't do much in the box office and i think it should have.

nice to see some famous actors making a fun filled childrens movie
