Synopsis:

For two days in April, the NFL holds its annual draft in New York City.  Fans come from miles around to watch their favorite teams make their picks of the best and brightest in college football.  NFL teams can have major success or extreme disappointment from the draft.  If you are a fan of a team long enough, you'll most likely experience both.  It is the most televised job interview in the world, and for an hour and half Two Days In April gives you an inside look.

The Freak's Rating: B+ : Remember the toughest job interview you've had?  Imagine if instead of interviewing with one or two people, hundreds.  Imagine that during this interview people you didn't even know would go on television and speculate about whether or not you should have the job.  Imagine training for this job interview for months and then having to sit and wait under a ticking clock to see if you win the job.  Imagine that the upside could be millions of dollars and the downside an end to your career.  You are now feeling the life of a college football player about the NFL draft.

Following the careers of four potential NFL draft picks signed by the IMG sports agency, Two Days In April chronicles the path of these individuals from college to the pros.  As an NFL fan, I was enlightened on the intensity of the training and management of the interview process from the player's perspective.  This is a fascinating look onto something kids dream about on the playground football fields of America.  "And with the first pick in the NFL draft, the Bears select..."

Two Days In April gives unprecedented access to players, following them every step of the way and making you feel every second ticking on that clock come draft day.  And you thought your interview was tough!
