The Freak's Rating: A- : Fondness of movies past is a toughness to being a true critic. You are often forced to come to the realization that some of the films you grew up adoring are actually complete junk as they apply to cinematic masterpieces. I am pleased to announce that I didn't find Three Men And A Baby to fall into this category.

Three of the hottest stars of their day do a great job of pulling off one of the better comedies of the decade. Now I am jilted even more towards liking the film since my 6 month old daughter is awfully close in age to the baby, Mary, in the film.

Dialogue is cheesy in times and sure, there is no logic to the twisted 80s plot or how our three heroes handle it, but all is forgivable given the context of the film's presentation...as a fatherhood piece in true 80s comedy. So, in sticking 100% with the site's review scale I must give the film an A-. Will I rush out to pick this one up, no. Would I pick it up in the discount bin in a remastered extended cut, yes. Next up in retro cinema...the sequel, Three Men And A Little Lady (my wife's favorite of the two).
