Synopsis:

A lawman apprehends a notorious outlaw and gives him 9 days to kill his older brother, or else they'll execute his younger brother.

Brian's Rating: C : This movie wants to be good.  It has elements of style that make you think it could be good.  It just missed it due to being too slow moving for my taste.  It was going for artful, and forgot to be entertaining at times.

I may be off base here, but if you liked "There Will Be Blood", you will probably like this film too.  The style reminded me of it.
