The Freak's Rating: F : After Super Size Me, everyone attempted to capitalize on the idea, and comedian Doug Benson has done the same. Attempting to show the effect of marijuana in high doses by virtually overdosing on it, no conclusion is made we didn't already know. This is where the documentary fails and how Spurlock's original succeeded. We all knew McDonald's was bad for you, just as we know Marijuana is. Spurlock spawned interest by showcasing WHY it was bad for you, namely the sodium content and how it had an effect on the human body. Most of us have overcome the shock n awe of Spurlock's film, but for some that image of the fries maintaining their same look after days of sitting out at room temperature will never be shaken. Benson brings nothing to the table other than a true showcase of his lack of comedic talent or motivation to succeed in life, as many pot smokers have. You would find out just as much information on this subject if you simply asked a major university college student, so it is a complete failure.
