The Freak's Rating: B- : Allright, I know, Corey & Corey movies shouldn't ever reach above the C range, right? For me, this was a film I grew up DYING to see. At the time of its release, both Coreys were hot off of The Lost Boys and I was 12 years old, already waiting for that next step in manhood...a driver's license. Throw in Heather Graham from 20 years ago and this is a winner, right?

Well, I won't go as far as to call the film a "winner", but it does still shine in many areas it should. Carol Kane and Richard Masur are fantastic as the parents, causing laughter in every scene. All actors relative to the DMV are perfectly cast and the Coreys are...well, not too annoying in parts.

Dialogue is poor in most parts, the hair styles are way to poofy and storylines are ridiculous in every manner, but for my memories, this was an entertaining revisit.
