The Freak's Rating: A- : I have made more people distrust my opinion on movies from this recommendation than any other, so read my review and note my rating with a grain of salt.  I have seen the film twice so far and loved it both times.  Junebug isn't for everyone.  This film has a "slice of life" style to it that some may find boring.

Amy Adams made her film debut here and is phenomenal in her Academy Award nominated role.  She is precious as the protagonist's sister and you just want to give her a hug afterwards.  All acting is solid, the script nicely done and the storyline nicely put together.  Much praise was given to this Indy film and it is worth seeking out...that is, if you ask me.
