Brian's Rating: B : I think this movie was made for TV, however it was surprisingly good for something that was never intended for the big screen.  The main draw is Tom Selek and the character he plays.  He is a broken down, forlorn alcoholic cop who's life is in the toilet.  Despite his beaten down demeanor, he has sparks of goodness, and ultimately is an effective cop in a job where some scumbags where hoping he wouldn't be.

Selek does excellent in the role and really sells the cowboy like lone wolf character.  Although it was a slow moving movie, I was always intrigued with what he would do next.  Ultimately its a good guy vs. bad guy plot, but done well and was enjoyable to watch.
