Synopsis:

A hard-living superhero (Will Smith) who has fallen out of favor with the public enters into a questionable relationship with the wife of the public relations professional (Jason Bateman) who's trying to repair his image.

Matt's Rating: D+ : Will Smith is at it again.  Movie execs love him because anything he is in will get money for the company.  Here is a tale of a superhero who has some human flaws.  Drinking problem and his lack of trying to fit into societies norms are two that come to mind.

Smith does a halfway decent job for half the movie.  There were some parts that made me laugh and I didn't really know going in how funny it would be but that definitely helped it get the a D+ instead of a D.  The end of the movie sucked.  His near death experience and the storyline with him and the wife being superheroes I thought was just plain stupid.  There are plenty of superhero movies out there that are better, go to them and don't waste your money on this film.

Chana's Rating: D- : This was very disappointing for me...I expected better from Will Smith! I would not recommend this to anyone. It just crawled and even the acting seemed like they didn't really want to be there.

Sebastian's Rating: C : in my opion, people were expecting too much from the trailer.

i didn't find this movie too bad, it was average, the first half was entertaining as in full of action and humour, however the second half was like a romance.

personally, it wasn't to bad. it's easy to watch but nothing spectacular, i didn't expect much from this movie so i couldn't hate it, if there ever will be a sequel i'd probably see it, besides hannock is pretty cool, but i'm not to fond with this movie.

I think smith wants to be an aciton star, but it's trying to hard for an oscar at the same time.

The Shou's Rating: B- : This film wasn't THAT bad, yeah it wasn't great but its not horrible. The action was very well done and the story was original. I'm giving this film a B-  as its first was very entertaining (unfortunately it died in the second half). 

Connor's Rating: A+ : this movie was hilarious!!! it is worth seeing again and surprisingly does have a plot. it IS worth owning also.
