Ever seen Wall Street? This is like that, only
with worse acting. I was entertained throughout
the film, the script was interesting, and
appalling. I could not help but think to myself
multiple times during this movie that shiesters
like this actually do get away with crap like
what is portrayed in the movie and then us
normal tax payers get to pay for their mess.
The movie was made in 2000, befre Enron, before
Worldcomm, before AIG, and it sort of made me
sick thinking about events that transpired after
the movie was out.
Vin Diesel is a terrible actor. Whoever thought
he could be cast as a stock broker must've been
high on something. At least he is only a
supporting role in this and so does not
completely ruin it.
The last stock broker movie I saw was Wall
Street, I don't get to the subject matter much,
but it was good to come back to it. It made me
want to watch Wall Street again. I would
recommend this movie, but I would not call it
amazing.
