graduated from college, is disillusioned at his lone career choice: making

The Freak's Rating: C+ : I am an enormous Seinfeld fan.
I was a fan before I met the McCasland family, but since I met
Jen, Laura,
Matt, Ken and Joyce I
pretty much fell into complete fandom. I've now seen every episode at
least 10 times and the series sits on our Tivo and probably always will.
In nine seasons the writing was fantastic in nearly every episode and acting is
as spot on for comedic acting as you may ever see on network television. I
was excited to hear about a movie Seinfeld was putting out with himself as a Bee
character. After learning a couple people from the show would guest voice
on the project and that comedians like Chris Rock would also lend their talents,
I was pumped.
Bee Movie is adequate at best.
New York references similar to those of his sitcom aside, the writing is clever
enough to get by as a family film. The real flaw is that you see that most
of the cleverness that made the sitcom so popular belong to that of chief writer
Larry David, not Jerry. Jerry's touches are on everything and they aren't
bad, they just aren't great. Families may enjoy this once or twice, but
repeatability isn't there the way Pixar films are. Dreamworks needs to
hang it up in the animation department if you ask me.
Chana's Rating: B :
Good enough to take the kids to and see a safe family movie!!!
Jen's Rating: B :
Bee Movie gets a B! Bet you didn't see that one coming. Cute movie
with several funny parts. It was a little hyped up but somehow I kept my
expectations low. Jerry played the part well and I loved "Putty"!
Sebastian's Rating: B+ : this movie was great. not really for kids,
because they wouldnt undertsand most of the stuff or jokes happening, but i
loved it.
jerry springer was perfect for the role and i think he made a good choice. B+
for me, not quite an A though.
